Wayne Thomas is an accomplished aviation and aerospace executive leader with a focus on continuous improvement and team building. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Breeze Airways™ since 2023, Wayne is responsible for managing the QA program, conducting internal and external audits, and communicating with the FAA. Previously, Wayne held various leadership roles at American Airlines from 2006 to 2012, including Director of Engine Maintenance and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager, and served as Director of Quality Assurance at MAPP Technologies, L.L.C. from 2021 to 2022. Wayne is pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology at Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology.
