Ben Morrison

Ben Morrison has a diverse background in software engineering and operations. Ben is currently working as a Software Engineer at Breezeway since 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Software Engineer II at WHOOP from 2021 to 2023, where they made significant contributions such as leading a project to introduce a referral rewards program and refactoring discounting logic. From 2019 to 2021, Ben worked at Wayfair as a Software Engineer II, where they led multiple projects including the implementation of a partial refund self-service flow and new architecture for the Customer Service returns workflow. Before that, they gained experience as a Full-stack Software Engineer at John Hancock from 2018 to 2019, where they developed a web application and built software to integrate with Epic Systems. Ben started their career as an Operations Analyst at Yext from 2016 to 2018, where they worked on web development and used programming languages like Python and SQL. Ben Morrison obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Boston College, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Ben later pursued Full-stack Web Development at Bloc from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they studied Economics, Investment, and German at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from 2014 to 2015. Ben completed their secondary education at Fairfield College Preparatory School from 2008 to 2012.
