Rob MacNeill

Rob MacNeill has a diverse work experience in sales and management roles. Rob started their career as a Graduate Assistant Soccer Coach at Lincoln Memorial University from 2004 to 2007. In 2007, they joined DeRoyal as a Sales & Marketing Resident, where they worked closely with Product Managers and territory managers across multiple states. Rob then moved up to the role of Senior Area Sales Manager and later became the European Region Sales Manager, responsible for business development and product line growth. In 2017, Rob joined Breg as a Regional Sales Manager, managing territory sales representatives and distributor activities. Rob was later promoted to Director of Sales, where they were responsible for developing and implementing a domestic sales strategy and providing leadership to sales resources.

Rob MacNeill attended the University of Glasgow from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree in Virology - Molecular & Cellular Biology. In 2005, they enrolled at Lincoln Memorial University and completed an MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management in 2007. Prior to that, they attended The High School of Glasgow from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Rob obtained a certification titled "Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action (Blinkist Summary)" from LinkedIn in 2020.
