Breiholz Construction is a trusted commercial general contractor based in Des Moines, Iowa, delivering high-quality projects with a commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and on-time, on-budget performance.

Founded in 1946 by German toy and cabinetmaker William H. Breiholz and incorporated in 1955, the company is now in its fourth generation of ownership, representing more than 100 years of combined experience among our team.

From the beginning, our goal has never been to be the biggest contractor, but to be the best. By focusing on the entire construction process – from design through warranty – we’ve built lasting relationships and a strong base of repeat clients who trust us to deliver.
