Arsen Balayan

Arsen Balayan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the luxury goods and automotive industries. Currently serving as the Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa at BREITLING since September 2013, Arsen oversees strategic growth and operational performance across key markets including India, Turkey, Israel, and South Africa, focusing on sales and client relationship management. Previously, as General Manager for Russia and the CIS at BREITLING, responsibilities included driving revenue growth and managing partnerships. Arsen's career at BMW Group spanned nearly 18 years, holding various positions such as Business Development Director and Marketing and Dealer Development Director for Russia. Arsen holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economics from the University of Regensburg and a Master's in Engineering from Moscow State Automobile and Road Technical Institute.
