Lars Kaestle

Lars Kaestle currently serves as CFO and Managing Director at BREITLING since December 2019, with a robust background in financial leadership and management within the aerospace industry. Prior to BREITLING, Lars held the position of Senior Vice President and Project Leader at Airbus Space Systems for ten months. Lars possesses extensive experience at Airbus, having worked from 1998 to 2013 in various senior roles, including Head of EADS Group Controlling and Vice President of Business Controlling A320 Family Program. Lars successfully managed teams of varying sizes, led significant organizational restructuring, and negotiated substantial global supply contracts. Educational accomplishments include a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Technical University of Munich, the LCOR Program from Harvard Business School, and studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
