Built on the core principles of knowledge, accessibility and reliability, we hold our commitment to fostering valuable client relationships paramount to our success. Over the past decade, our focus on effective client communication has been an integral component of our advocacy technique. We view advocacy as an opportunity to partner with you in order to help you accomplish your goals. In order to meet your needs, we first must get to know you. In our experience, successful advocacy starts with taking a vested interest in your client.

With over 55 years of combined legal experience in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, each of our attorneys brings a unique skill set to our practice. While all of our attorneys are active in the practice of Workers' Compensation Defense, each has his own practice focus as well. These areas include Family Law, Criminal Law, Business Law, Employment Law and all aspects of Liquor Law. Our client base includes insured entities, self-insured entities, small business owners and individuals. Our referral network provides additional resources to clients with more unique needs such as Estate Planning and Bankruptcy.

Our Pennsylvania practice is based primarily in Berks and its surrounding counties, but we also represent clients from Wayne County to Bradford County, and to Pittsburgh and its surrounding counties. In New Jersey, we have appeared in vicinages from Atlantic City to Paterson.
