Patrick Hawk has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Patrick started their career at Waterway Gas & Wash in 2011 as a Team Leader and worked there until 2014. In 2015, they had a Process Engineer Co-op role at HarbisonWalker International, where they assisted in process and production evaluations and implemented Lean 5s and Kanban principles to improve work flow. From 2016 to 2017, Patrick worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at GLT Products, where they designed automated systems, implemented lean projects, and contributed to the development of the company's Quality Management System. Patrick then joined Fluid Line Products Inc in 2017 as a Product Engineer, where they designed, tested, and quoted custom hydraulic components for various industries. In 2022, Patrick worked as an Inside Sales Specialist at Titan Fittings, and currently, they are working as a Product Engineer at Brennan since 2023.
Patrick Hawk attended Aurora High School from 2007 to 2011 and obtained a diploma. Patrick then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Technology at Kent State University, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Patrick also obtained certifications as an Industrial Hydraulic Technician from the International Fluid Power Society in December 2015 and as an ATMAE Certified Technology Manager (CTM) from The Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering in May 2015.
