Monroe Boykin

With a background in the United States Marine Corps spanning over two decades, Monroe Boykin currently serves as an Operations Manager at Brenntag. Boykin has held various leadership roles within the Marine Corps, including Sergeant Major, First Sergeant, and Motor Transportation Operations Chief. Boykin's expertise includes analyzing and modifying compensation and benefits programs, advising on organizational policy matters, and supervising personnel to maintain combat-ready units. Boykin is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Liberty University.
