Peter Xiao is a seasoned HR professional and transformation leader with extensive experience across various global organizations. They served as HR Director for Prysmian in Greater China and ASEAN, and held the role of Head of HR & Communications for Nexans from 2019 to 2023. Having worked at Ericsson in various HR capacities, Peter also contributed to HR leadership at MOTUL and Elekta. Currently, Peter is the Senior Human Resources Director for Brenntag while pursuing a Master's in Strategic Human Resource Management at SDA Bocconi.
