Stefan Klappe

Stefan Klappe is a QESH Manager at Bresc B.V., where they have been since 2022. Prior to this role, Stefan worked at Pelican Rouge Coffee Roasters from 2020 to 2022, holding various positions including Internal Auditor and Senior Coffee Specialist, where they managed a team of Quality Controllers and ensured the quality of raw and green coffee. Earlier in their career, Stefan served as a Sous-chef at Grand Café het Plein in 2007-2008. They hold a Master of Arts in Quality Management from Schouten University of Applied Sciences, having completed their studies in 2023.
