Shawn Replogle

Shawn Replogle is a seasoned Executive Director of Organizational Resources at the Church of the Brethren, Inc., a role they have held since 2020. They also serve as the Executive Director and Owner of MatchLight Organization Development, which fosters innovation in organizations. Previously, Shawn worked as a Turnaround Planning Clerk at the National Cooperative Refinery Association from 2013 to 2020, and as a Pastor at McPherson Church of the Brethren from 2003 to 2011. They co-owned Prairie Wick Farm between 2011 and 2013. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from Bridgewater College, as well as a Master of Divinity from Bethany Theological Seminary and a Master of Organization Development from Friends University.
