Brevage is an executive search firm dedicated exclusively to public accounting and advisory. We work nationally with firms on experienced and leadership-level hires across audit, tax, and transaction advisory, with a particular focus on talent coming directly from public accounting and advisory environments.

Our approach is highly targeted and relationship-driven. We partner closely with firm leadership to understand not only technical requirements, but culture, trajectory, and long-term fit. Many of the searches we support are confidential or not publicly advertised, allowing for thoughtful, discreet conversations on both the client and candidate side.

By maintaining a narrow focus, Brevage brings real market insight, sound judgment, and efficiency to every search. We are selective in the work we take on and committed to representing our clients and candidates with accuracy, discretion, and integrity.
