Andy Silver

Andy Silver has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving in Credit Strategies at Brevan Howard since May 2021 and as a Private Investor at Argentum Advisors SA since August 2016. Previously, Andy held the position of Head of Credit Fund at BlueCrest Capital Management from January 2009 to August 2016, and served as Managing Director at Merrill Lynch, leading European Strategic Proprietary Trading from September 2006 to November 2008. Andy’s career at JPMorgan spanned over a decade (September 1995 - June 2006), where roles included Managing Director with responsibilities such as Head of Structured Credit Trading in North America and Head of Global Index Tranche Trading. Andy holds a BA Hons in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge, completed between 1991 and 1994.
