Krysten Baca

Krysten Baca is an experienced professional in account management and genealogical research. Currently serving as an Account Manager at Brevium since May 2023, Krysten collaborates with healthcare practices to reactivate lost and overdue patients. Previously, Krysten worked at AncestryProGenealogists from April 2011 to February 2023 as a Research Manager and Genealogist, overseeing 50-100 client sessions and conducting celebrity research for the show “Who Do You Think You Are?” Notably, Krysten also held the roles of Public Relations Researcher and Event Coordinator at Ancestry from February 2004 to April 2011, conducting genealogical research and implementing strategic plans for genealogy conferences while contributing to the first two seasons of NBC’s “Who Do You Think You Are?” Additionally, Krysten played a key role as a Senior Manager and Genealogy Expert Coach, developing research processes and standards that enabled the department to consistently exceed its goals.
