Amanda Gavanski

Amanda Gavanski is a manufacturing professional with expertise in operations, quality, and people development within the food and beverage industry. They currently serve as the Training Manager at BrewDog, where they focus on building capability, standardizing training, and enhancing operational performance. Previously, Amanda held various roles including Brewmaster and Operations Manager at Heimdall Cervejaria, and laboratory positions at Cerveja Blumenau and LABB. Amanda holds a Technical Degree in Industrial Brewing from Escola Superior de Malte e Cerveja and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Universidade Estadual do Centro-Oeste, along with a Beer Sommelier Certification from Instituto da Cerveja.
