Cooper Asay

Cooper Asay has extensive experience in quality management and innovation within the brewing industry. Currently serving as the Head of Quality and Innovation for BrewDog in the USA since September 2018, Cooper has successfully expanded quality and product development programs for a leading global beer brand. Prior to this, Cooper held the position of Director of Quality at Flying Dog Brewery, where the scope of the quality program was broadened, and various brewery-wide initiatives were implemented. Earlier roles include Quality Manager at Fordham and Dominion Brewing Company and a Laboratory Technician at the University of Delaware. Cooper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pre-Veterinary Medicine from the University of Delaware.
