Derek Regan

Derek Regan is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on operations management in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Area Operations Chef at BrewDog since October 2021, Derek previously held the same title at G1 Group PLC from August 2017 to October 2021. Derek's career at G1 Group PLC began in August 2008 as Head Chef, later advancing to Sous Chef before assuming the Area Operations Chef role. Derek completed education at Eastwood High School from 1997 to 2003.
