Matthew Bennett

Matthew Bennett is currently the Global Training Manager at BrewDog, where they leverage extensive experience in training and team development. Previously, they founded and managed Ibiza Creative Club, successfully expanding the business to a six-member team and achieving significant annual turnover. Matthew's career at Apple spanned over a decade, during which they played a crucial role in the company’s expansion into the Middle East and managed a large, diverse team. They are presently studying for a CIPD Level 5 qualification, enhancing their expertise in human resources and training methodologies. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film and Video Production from The University of Wolverhampton.
