Matthew Graffin

Matthew Graffin is a skilled Methods Engineer at BrewDog, with a focus on developing maintenance strategies that enhance equipment reliability and reduce ownership costs since April 2015. Matthew advanced to the role of Senior Maintenance Engineer in January 2018, where responsibilities include leading a team of multi-skilled engineers to ensure timely and safe production across the site. Matthew's prior experience as a multi-skilled Packaging Engineer involved maintenance and improvement of automated machinery for packaging processes. Previously, Matthew held positions as an Electrical Maintenance Technician on the Beryl Bravo Platform, an Electrician with TDC (Aberdeen) Ltd, and an Electrician at Douglas Electrical, where an Electrical Installation Apprenticeship was completed. Education was undertaken at Tullos Training from 2001 to 2003.
