Max Willett

Max Willett has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, with significant experience in various roles. Currently serving as Duty Manager and Bartender at BrewDog since September 2020, Max previously worked as Restaurant Manager at Eat on the Green Limited from September 2017 to September 2020, where responsibilities included guest hosting and restaurant operations. Prior to this, Max gained over four years of experience at Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Club, starting as a Kitchen Porter and advancing to Bartender in the prestigious Cave Bar. Early experience includes a work placement at Garioch Sports Centre, focusing on event organization and coaching. Education was completed at Meldrum Academy.
