Serena Petrin

Serena Petrin is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the General Manager of BrewDog's Barcelona Bar since August 2021, while also managing the company's Spain Instagram page. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Bar Manager at BrewDog from March 2018 to August 2020, where responsibilities encompassed sales forecasting, budget management, staff scheduling, and marketing initiatives. Earlier positions include Bar Supervisor at Cheers, where Serena managed a 12 taps system, and Coordinator of festivals at Birrificio Pontino, overseeing the management of itinerant events across Italy. Additionally, Serena gained experience in multimedia content production as an intern at Roma Tre Radio. Serena holds a Laurea triennale in Dams from Università degli studi Roma TRE and attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra in 2014.
