Bart Watson, currently serving as the Chief Economist at Brewers Association since April 2013, previously worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor at The University of Iowa in the Department of Political Science. Before that, as an Associate at The Barthwell Group. Bart also served as a Lecturer at UC Berkeley, teaching a course on health policy in the School of Public Health. Bart holds a BA in Political Science from Stanford University and a PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
