LA BOISSE is a craft brewery producing organic beers. The brewery was founded by a winegrowing family (6th generation) in a small village in southern Bordeaux region, Saint Michel de Lapujade (33).

Passionate about wine and a fine epicurean, learning to brew beer years ago was a wonderful discovery... and the start of an adventure in 2013!

LA BOISSE brewery was born of this desire to create, produce and share this malted potion... by mastering its conception through the meticulous selection of its malts, hops and yeasts.

It's a process that requires a precise control over the brewing process, to ensure a light, delicate head that holds its own, a beer that refreshes you while retaining its character.

Our LA BOISSE organic craft beers have character and will charm you with their finesse and aroma.
