Brewlant is a Toronto-based specialty coffee brand focused on premium single-origin Salvadoran coffee for Canadian homes and cafés. Brewlant was created to introduce more Canadian coffee drinkers to the quality, traceability, and origin story behind Salvadoran coffee.

Our coffees are sourced from El Salvador’s Apaneca-Ilamatepec region, a recognized coffee-growing area known for high-quality Arabica, volcanic soil, mountain climate, and strong coffee heritage. Brewlant highlights specialty coffee sourcing, traceability, processing methods, and producer visibility through a premium, origin-led approach.

We work to showcase limited-run coffees with clear character and thoughtful sourcing, including Aurora Bourbon, Velvet Bourbon, and Sunlit Bourbon. Our focus is on premium coffee, direct relationships, and a more transparent coffee supply chain from farm to cup. Brewlant was built to help champion Salvadoran coffee while creating greater awareness around the people, communities, and origins behind every cup.

As a coffee brand, Brewlant is interested in café partnerships, wholesale coffee conversations, hospitality connections, and collaborations with professionals who value specialty coffee, single-origin sourcing, and premium food & beverage brands.
