Brian Klaja is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in workforce management and operational strategy across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Operations Strategy & Enablement at Brex since July 2019, Brian has previously held various leadership roles at Brex, including Director of Operations Enablement and Director of Workforce Optimization. Prior to joining Brex, Brian worked at Netflix as Regional Manager of Workforce Management and developed real-time strategies for global contact centers. Other notable positions include Manager of Business Operations at Medtronic and Manager of Workforce Operations at Time Warner Cable. Brian holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Liberty University.
