Jake Seid

Jake Seid is a Co-Founder and General Partner at Ballistic Ventures, a firm with over $700 million in assets that specializes in early-stage cybersecurity investments, contributing to the funding of over 100 cyber companies valued at $50 billion. Jake also serves as an investor in various companies including Abnormal Security, Netskope, Veza, Moderne, Drata, Talon Cyber Security, Offchain Labs, Cresta, and Brex. Notably, Talon Cyber Security achieved the largest venture-backed cyber acquisition of 2023. Jake Seid holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a minor in Economics.
