James Wallis

James Wallis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design operations and people management. Currently serving as Senior Design Operations Manager at Brex since March 2022, Wallis previously held multiple roles at Potato from 2011 to 2021, including VP People and People Director, focusing on team development within digital product environments. As Agile Coach Lead, Wallis enhanced the effectiveness of product delivery teams, while earlier roles included Head of West Coast Operations and Technical Project Manager, managing complex projects and ensuring seamless operations. Wallis's career began at goviral as Publisher Manager and Webgains as Integration Manager, and also includes founding Web Heroes Ltd.
