Lichen Han

Lichen Han currently serves as a Commercial Counsel at Brex and is a member of The L Suite, an exclusive in-house counsel peer community. Previously, Lichen held the position of Commercial Counsel at HashiCorp and worked as an Associate at Goodwin, focusing on Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing, as well as at Kirkland & Ellis in Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions. Early career experiences include patent prosecution at Daylight Law, corporate work as a Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis, and intellectual property litigation at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP. Lichen began a journey in law with a JD from Columbia Law School, complemented by an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco and a BA in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
