Rafael Rosa

Rafael Rosa is an experienced professional in the fields of risk analytics and credit strategy, currently serving as an Enterprise Risk Analytics Senior Analyst at Brex since November 2023. Previously, Rafael worked at Creditas from August 2017 to November 2023, holding multiple positions including Senior Credit Strategy Analyst, Legal Operations and Formalization Specialist, and Legal Operations Team Leader. Earlier experience includes a legal internship at Milaré Advogados and an internship with the Brazilian government at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Rafael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2014-2018), completed an online course in Financial Markets at Yale University in 2020, and obtained an MBA in Data Science and Analytics from MBA USP/Esalq (2021-2022).
