Zinzi Blackbeard

Zinzi Blackbeard is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Talent Acquisition G&A at Brex since April 2025. Previously, Zinzi held the position of Principal Talent Partner at Salesforce from October 2021 to April 2025, and prior to that, Zinzi was the Employee Recruiting Manager at Slack from October 2018 to October 2021. Zinzi also served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Drawbridge from April 2015 to October 2018 and worked as a Recruiter at Agency360 in 2014. Early career experiences include roles in business development at Western Title & Escrow and various internships focused on diversity and human resources at prestigious organizations. Zinzi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business and a certification in Human Resources Management and Leadership from UC Berkeley Extension.
