Daniel Lucas is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Supervisor de Manutenção at BRF since April 2020, Daniel oversees the maintenance pillar of the unit's +Excelência program and manages the PCM team alongside maintenance assistants. Previously, Daniel worked at Masterboi as Técnico de Manutenção Sênior - PCM, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and civil maintenance planning, and at Mondelēz International, where responsibilities included planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for various utilities and managing a technical team of 17. Daniel's earlier roles include engineering internships at the American Bureau of Shipping and Petrobras, as well as experience in mechanical industrial technology at Kadisa Ind. e Com. LTDA.
