Larissa Lopes

Larissa Lopes is a seasoned professional in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) and Sustainability, currently serving as the Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager at BRF since July 2021. In this role, Larissa designs and manages global D&I strategies, engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including employees, external associations, and governments. Additionally, Larissa is an Advisory Board Member for Fiesp, contributing to the development of the diversity and inclusion agenda in the São Paulo industrial sector. Previous positions include managing Sustainability/ESG initiatives at Accor and BASF, where Larissa successfully engaged stakeholders and led crisis management efforts. With a strong educational background, including a Master's in Marketing from Université Grenoble Alpes and a specialization in Corporate Communications, Larissa demonstrates a commitment to promoting sustainable practices and inclusive environments across various sectors.
