David Tracy has worked in various roles since 2005. David began their career as the Director of Corporate Assessment Services for Brian Tracy International, where they helped corporate employees and individuals with effective communication strategies. David also assisted in matching the right person with the job both at BTI and for client companies, and worked closely with Brian Tracy's coaching clients. David Tracy then moved on to be a Sales Associate/Customer Service Representative at the same company. In 2016, they became a Realtor® at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties.

David Tracy attended MiraCosta College from 2004 to 2007, studying General Studies. David then went on to the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, graduating in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology.
