Jeff Appleton has an extensive background in asset-based lending, with experience working at various financial institutions such as JPMorgan Chase, TD Bank, and Wells Fargo. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Briar Capital Real Estate Fund LLC, Jeff oversees the provision of owner-occupied, commercial real estate finance solutions nationwide. Prior to their current role, Jeff held positions such as Senior Vice President at Briar Capital L.P. and Vice President at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Jeff specialized in equipment financing and SBA loans. With a Bachelor's Degree in Biology with an Accounting Minor from Mercer University, Jeff's career spans over three decades in the finance industry.
