Thomas Driver is the co-founder of Brick and has been instrumental in the startup's development since 2023. Previously, they participated in the Innovation to Market Program at Discovery to Product in 2021, where they learned Lean Startup concepts as part of a cohort focused on idea formation. From 2018 to 2021, Thomas worked as a Data Operations Intern at Direct Supply, analyzing and refining customer ordering information and enhancing team collaboration. They also gained experience as a Software Developer at Chicago Company from 2022 to 2023 and served as a Security Agent at Miller Park for the Milwaukee Brewers in 2018. Thomas holds a degree in Business and Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2022.
