What We Do

We operate across two integrated verticals:

Real Estate Development – Full-stack residential projects from land acquisition and rezoning through construction to delivery. Our focus is exclusively on accessible family housing in high-demand metropolitan areas, with primary operations in Valencia's districts, Riga, and strategic Italian markets.

Private Development Financing – We structure bridge loans and mezzanine financing structures for our wholly-owned development SPVs, working exclusively with a verified circle of private lenders. All capital flows directly into projects we develop, own, and supervise from ground breaking to completion.

Our Approach

What sets us apart is direct alignment. Our founders co-finance projects alongside our lender circle, maintaining personal capital in every development. This "skin in the game" approach ensures interests stay aligned throughout the development cycle.

We maintain full operational control of every asset we finance. There are no third-party developers, no marketplace mechanics, no public fundraising. Every loan is backed by tangible residential assets under our supervision.

Since inception, we've maintained a consistent track record of completed and repaid project financings both for our shareholders and private lender counterparties while delivering residential developments across multiple European markets.
