Frederick Hamilton

Frederick Hamilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment management and governance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Brickflow since September 2025, Frederick contributes to transforming the UK commercial property finance market. As Chief Executive Officer and Head of Investment at Your VC since February 2023, Frederick leads investments in innovative companies, including Brickflow. Previous roles include Director at Brill Power, where significant funding was secured for battery management technology, and Co-opted Governor at Grasmere Primary School Hackney, which recently federated with other institutions. Frederick holds a Master of Philosophy from the University of Oxford and is pursuing an Executive MBA at SDA Bocconi.
