Ian Humphreys

Ian Humphreys is the Founder and CEO of Brickflow, a digital marketplace for specialist property finance that launched in November 2020, connecting borrowers and brokers with over 100 lenders to facilitate optimal funding solutions. Prior to Brickflow, Humphreys served as Director at Property Finance Group from April 2014 to January 2020, where expertise was focused on arranging bridging loans, commercial mortgages, and development finance for property entrepreneurs. Additionally, Humphreys worked as a Senior Associate at Enness Private Clients from June 2008 to May 2014, specializing in property and asset finance for high-net-worth individuals, and held the position of Associate Director at Alexander Hall from September 2004 to June 2008. Humphreys holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Management from the University of Hull, obtained between 2000 and 2003.
