People here are trusted with real scope and expected to carry it. That means making decisions, raising problems early, and following work through to the outcome rather than to the handover.


Tokenization sits between legal, compliance, engineering, product and commercial. No one function can get an issuance right alone, so we build teams that work across those boundaries by default rather than handing work over a wall.


Financial infrastructure is judged on whether it works under real conditions, not on how it demos. We care about the details that only matter later, and we would rather ship something correct than something early.



Institutional clients need to know who is responsible for what. We hold ourselves to the same standard internally: clear ownership, decisions that are written down and explained, and information shared with the people who need it rather than held as leverage.


We operate around other people's capital and other people's regulatory obligations. That leaves no room for overstating what our technology does. We describe our capabilities precisely, separate what exists today from what is on the roadmap, and say so when something is outside our scope.

We work in a category that does not have settled answers yet. That means testing approaches, publishing standards work openly, and being willing to rebuild something that works in favour of something that works better. Curiosity is part of the job, not a side project.



Brickken provides Tokenization-as-a-Service infrastructure for private markets. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Barcelona, Brickken enables financial institutions, asset and fund managers, private-credit operators, regulated entities and enterprise issuers to issue, manage and administer tokenized equity, debt, private credit, funds and asset-backed instruments. The platform is delivered through Issuer Studio for direct SaaS access, White Label Infrastructure for branded deployment, and the Brickken API for embedded workflows. Private markets are not inefficient because the instruments are outdated, but because the infrastructure around them is fragmented and manual.
