Oliver Dawes has a long and varied career in the marketing and product industry. Oliver began their career in 2000 at Neuhaus Créateur Chocolatier Since 1857 as an Intern in the International Marketing Department. Oliver then joined Unilever UK in 2000 as a Global Beverages Consultant and Global Beverages Training Manager Lipton. In 2007, they moved to JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS as a Senior Brand Manager for Senseo and Douwe Egberts. In 2011, they joined Unilever again as the Global Marketing Manager for Premium Tea -T.O by Lipton. In 2017, they moved to British American Tobacco as a Marketing Director for Glo Sens and Brand Director for Glo - Tobacco Heated Products. In 2019, they joined Loughborough University London as a Guest Lecturer and OJD Consulting as the Owner/Consultant. In 2020, they became a Non-Executive Director at Bricksave and in 2021 they took on the role of Head of Product & Portfolio EVP at Imperial Brands PLC.
Oliver Dawes has a diverse educational background. In 2016, they attended the innoleaps startup bootcamp, where they completed a Lean startup accelerator program. From 1999 to 2000, they attended Hogeschool TIO UTRECHT and earned a Quality Business Management degree in the field of Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Karel de Grote-Hogeschool and earned a Masters degree in international marketing & business. From 1995 to 1997, they attended the University of Antwerp and studied Economic Sciences. Prior to this, they attended xaverius college borgerhout, where they earned a degree in Economics and Languages.
