Jayde Pei

Jayde Pei is a seasoned professional in the data center industry, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Bridge Data Centres since December 2023, overseeing a hyperscale campus with over 120MW capacity and more than 200 employees. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Equinix from September 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities encompassed managing data center operations, ensuring 100% reliability and availability, optimizing ESG metrics, and leading talent initiatives. Jayde also held the position of PMO Manager at Chindata Group, focusing on the delivery of Microsoft data centers, and has experience as Critical Facility Leader at Vertiv and Electrical Engineer at Bright Automation, Inc. A graduate of Heilongjiang Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering Technologies, Jayde combines technical expertise with leadership skills across various facets of operations and project management.
