BRIDGE for Ukrainians is a community organisation based in Ealing, West London. We support Ukrainians displaced by the war to integrate into life in the UK, reduce social isolation and build confident, independent lives.

Our work focuses on:
- Employability – CV and interview workshops, skills sessions, networking with local employers.
- English language support – conversational clubs and practical English for daily life and work.
- Wellbeing & mental health – peer support groups, creative and social activities that help people feel connected and safe.
- Community & culture – family-friendly events, cultural celebrations and partnership projects across Ealing.

Through our programmes and partnerships with Ealing Council and local organisations, we create a bridge between newly arrived Ukrainians and the opportunities available in the borough.
