Robert Shenk

Robert Shenk serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Bridge Gap Engineering, LLC, since April 2023, specializing in engineering and EPCM solutions primarily for the Cement, Cementitious, and Mining industries. Previously, Robert held various leadership roles at FLSmidth from June 1995 to March 2023, including Vice President of Green Cement Solutions, where responsibility encompassed global customer needs and driving the cement industry towards NetZero ambitions. Other notable positions at FLSmidth included Sales Director for multiple regions and functions, General Manager for Global Customer Service Projects, and Board Member, contributing to advancements in project sales and modernization initiatives across North America. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and has completed executive education programs at Copenhagen Business School and Henley Business School.
