Tim Moore

Tim Moore is a Senior Asset Manager at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, overseeing an extensive portfolio with responsibilities including financial analysis, capital planning, and compliance management. Previously, Tim served as an Assistant Project Manager at E. F. Moore & Company, Inc., and as an Associate Project Manager at Deep Green Housing and Community Development, where they contributed to the development and asset management of multiple LIHTC properties. Tim is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of California, Los Angeles.
