Curt Pascoe

Curt Pascoe is the Executive Vice President of Development at Bridge Industrial, where they oversee industrial development and construction activities across the Chicago market. With over 20 years of experience, Curt guides aspects related to design, entitlements, and construction while engaging with community groups and elected officials. Prior to their current role, Curt spent two decades at Ryan Companies, holding various positions and focusing on industrial, healthcare, and office assets. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota and have been actively involved as the Treasurer for the University of Minnesota Alumni Association - Chicago Chapter since 2007.
