Thomas Harmon

Thomas Harmon is the Vice President of Transactions at Bridge Industrial, where they oversee and manage the day-to-day execution of the company’s portfolio and collaborate closely with the executive team on investment strategy. Previously, Thomas was a Senior Investment Sales Analyst at CBRE, where they contributed to delivering superior strategies and execution in industrial real estate. They began their career with the esteemed Wheel Program at CBRE, gaining a comprehensive foundation in commercial real estate by rotating through various service lines. Additionally, Thomas served as the Tournament Director for the Nebraska PGA from 2011 to 2014. They hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on PGA Golf Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
