Bridge It, based in Melbourne aims to break the cycle of homelessness and increase connection and belonging. 

Our flagship program is a youth supportive housing program called The Cocoon which we deliver in partnership with HousingFirst. The program provides a home for young people who identify as female and who are exiting out-of-home care or homelessness. We also provide wrap around support including access to a Social Worker, lived experience peer mentoring, life and living skills development, therapies and community building activities.
