James Dore

James Dore, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Bridge Partners, a position held since 2024, where responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership on long-term financial strategy and utilizing generative AI tools to enhance FP&A processes. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Financial Planning and Control at AArete from 2017 to 2023, overseeing budgeting and forecasting while facilitating the company's successful transition to an ESOP. James also has significant experience in financial management from previous roles at BMO Harris Bank as Vice President, Head of Regional Controllers & LFO for Small Business Retail Finance, and at Deloitte as Senior Project Controller, where involvement included managing client engagements with major corporations. James holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Iowa's Tippie College of Business.
