Maddy Rowland-Roides

Maddy Rowland-Roides is a seasoned professional in design strategy and policy advisory, currently serving as Director of Design Strategy at Bridgeable since October 2021, after a tenure as Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG Canada as Manager and Senior Consultant, as well as positions at the Ontario Treasury Board Secretariat and The Ontario Cabinet Office, where senior policy advisory responsibilities were undertaken. Maddy's career also features experience as a Junior Policy Analyst and Graduate Teaching Assistant. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Political Economy from the University of Guelph.
